As a Marketing Manager, you will co-define Primary Care portfolio strategy for both immediate- and mid-term horizon. You are also responsible to lead and develop team; work closely with all stakeholders to build and maintain business relationships with key clients.
Conceptualize, develop, implement, and monitor marketing and communications plans, programs, and spending, in support to achieve portfolio and product(s) objectives
Understand, anticipate, and shape customer needs and use fact-based research to identify market opportunities
Monitor business performance, conduct robust data analysis and regular internal and external stakeholder engagements
Provide insights and action plans on sales ambition, current performance, risks and opportunities, and resourcing, in a timely manner
Lead, coach and develop direct report in marketing capabilities and improve bench strength for future senior marketing role
Collaborate with sales, market access and medical functions to identify market opportunities and develop solutions to improve patient access to high quality and affordable cancer treatment
Provide input and market insights to Business Development department for future products
Build business relationship with key stakeholders Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant company policies and operational excellence
Be a marketing expert and strategic leader in Pharma Primary Care portfolio|Join a company with strong generic Rx product pipeline
Bachelor\'s Degree
Minimum 10 years\' sales and marketing experience in ethical pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in product marketing role
Experience in primary care therapeutic area is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of and experience in brand marketing, including positioning, campaign development, omnichannel marketing, and digital execution
