Job Summary We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and oversee all our marketing activities in a rapidly changing industry. You must be knowledgeable about digital marketing and drug testing and development, as well as familiar with relevant laws, rules, and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for [Company Name], which revolves around advertising pharmaceutical products \xe2\x80\xa2 Promoting new products health care service providers \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements \xe2\x80\xa2 Researching and analysing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics Requirement:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences (MBA is a plus) \xe2\x80\xa2 8 years of work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred kid\xe2\x80\x99s supplement would be an (added advantage) \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process and health care environment, as well as thorough understanding of marketing business processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of healthcare system, markets and stakeholders, and competitive dynamics \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with latest trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical field \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management and prioritization skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget Note: Experienced candidates\xe2\x80\x99 salaries will be revisable with additional benefits.
