Duties and responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.
2. Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing
products/services.
3. Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
4. Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
5. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
6. Oversee all marketing campaigns, implement strategy and promote company business
and products.
7. Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where
necessary.
8. Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary
tasks.
9. Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective
customers and retain existing ones.
10. Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new
ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
11. Undertake and perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior
Requirements and skills
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post
Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Business
studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Direct Selling/MLM industry
3. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong presentation, analytical and research skills.
5. Strong understanding of current consumer trends and marketing concepts, strategy and
best practices.
6. Excellent timeline management skills
7. Professional and proactive work ethics.
8. Willing to travel outstation when required.
