Join as a Marketing Manager, take part to refine the market strategy and elevating the brand\'s appeal through targeted marketing efforts and meticulous attention to detail in sales presentation and collateral development. You play a crucial role in differentiating the company\'s offerings, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving sales objectives within a specialised market segment.The role of Marketing Manager is to lead the Sales & Marketing team, to provide input on Product Development and Concept through reviewing market research data. Also, involves in conceptualising the planning of Sales Gallery and Show Unit.

• Ensure timely procurement and renewal of necessary permits and licenses (Developers License & Advertising Permit).
• Collaborate with consultants, advertising agencies & development to deliver marketing collateral
• Verify the accuracy of marketing collateral information (brochures, billboards, display panels, scale models, and perspectives).
• Prepare comprehensive price lists and packages for thorough management review.
• Strategically plan and manage the marketing budget.
• Promote exclusive interior design renovation packages to homeowners within the company\'s properties.
