• Establish, manage and coach our Marketing Team.
• Setting, monitoring and reporting on the team KPI.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
• Conduct Market Research to monitor on local and global competition.
• Analyse and improve our marketing efforts and create monthly, and yearly reports.
• Coordinate and priorities tasks for the team to reach short-and long-term goals
• Plan and maximize company\'s marketing budget.
• Develop, plan and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaign to increasing sales and business growth for all products on digital, social media, website and event activities.
• Develop online presence of various channel across multiple markets.
• Secure and manage media stakeholder for Company\xe2\x80\x99s promotion and activities coverage.
• Develop and build relationships with other potential strategic/major agencies and partners.
• Design, develop and oversee various marketing collaterals in both online and offline platforms.
• Provide ideas in the creation of all contents, direction of creative works, scripts and conceptualization of promotional ideas.
• Responsible for editorial direction, design, and distribution of the company\'s publication.
• Responsible for all copywriting on brochures, billboards, websites, emails, advertisements, and all other promotional peripherals.
• To take the lead on all communication write ups, whether for information or for forging a better relationship with all internal stakeholders.
