Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/ Commerce/ Advertising or equivalent.
• A strong track record of 5-7 years\' experience in marketing with a mix of digital, offline, brand, performance marketing, partnership, customer acquisition and retention.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, e-commerce business is highly desired
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude
• Strong team management, project management and decision making skills
• Advanced knowledge in social media and influencers marketing is preferred
• Extensive experience leading and planning marketing initiatives that deliver results and ability to tell stories that can drive fan engagement across platforms
• 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday).

• Develop effective and efficient brand and marketing plans across online and offline channels.
• Be able to clearly demonstrate the brand value of Mykori and deliver the right messaging to our consumers and partners.
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns from driving brand awareness and traffic to acquisition and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders teams to create comprehensive marketing plans that drives revenue.
• Own the local budget planning of all channels such as social media, search, OOH, in-store marketing, events, and PR.
• Continually conduct market research, gain insights on local consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide campaign results, analyses and forecasts and report to senior management on a regularly basis.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, set key objectives and KPI and monitor the achievements.
