Job Responsibilities

• Craft an Inspiring Vision: Develop a strategic vision in your assigned region/territories. Your creative insights will pave the way for our future growth and success.
• Unleash Your Marketing Genius: Design and implement captivating strategies to enhance awareness and perception of the brand. Get ready to showcase your marketing prowess!
• Tailor-Made Strategies: Adapt our worldwide marketing plan to the local market specificities and requirements, ensuring a 360-degree marketing approach that leaves a lasting impression.
• Master of Budgets: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing SEA/ANZ to define annual marketing budgets, both above and below the line, across different markets, brands, sub-brands, and distribution channels.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Implement advertising and promotion budgets for assigned markets, working closely with our business partners to validate their plans. You\'ll ensure that local budgets are regularly updated and assist in auditing A&P expenses.
• Integrated Marketing Magic: Develop and execute impactful 360 marketing campaigns that align with our brand\'s strategic direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation across merchandising, retail, customer service, visual merchandising, and digital departments.
• Social Media Savvy: Take charge of the social media platforms in Malaysia and other SEA markets. Elevate our brand\'s desirability through compelling product storytelling and engaging in-store marketing initiatives.
• Loyalty Matters: Lead the implementation of the CRM loyalty program in Malaysia, fostering strong customer relationships and driving repeat business.
• Originality Reignited: Play a pivotal role in the re-launch of our iconic fashion line in Malaysia and other assigned territories, creating a buzz that captivates customers.
• PR Powerhouse: Define and execute the ATL strategy for assigned territories, showcasing our brand through engaging KOLs/Influencers. Analyze media impact versus sell-out to maximize results. You\'ll also develop and execute PR and communications strategies, generating monthly reports to demonstrate the impact of our efforts.
• Retail and Wholesale Brilliance: Collaborate on planning and executing store openings and activations. Develop quarterly trading plans, support retail stores with advertising, promotions, and media activities, and organize exciting branding events.
• Projects that Wow: Plan, organize, monitor, and supervise marketing projects, launches, and animations in Malaysia and assigned territories. Keep a keen eye on competitors and collaborate with partners in the region.
• Business Insights: Travel within the region to meet our business partners and gain a deeper understanding of the market and consumers. Your firsthand knowledge will help us stay ahead of the game.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• A passion for strategy and marketing, with a track record of delivering results.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and functions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies to different markets.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
