JOB OVERVIEW This role will be a key member of the Star Glory Leadership team, and is responsible to manage a healthy and profitable product portfolio, promoting company\'s brand and reputable image, and conducting corporate social responsibilities activities within the community we operate; leading and influence the way a brand looks and feels in the market and cover the entire spectrum of how the company communicates. This role has ownership of the budget related to sales promotions, advertising, and branding, and has a sharp focus on improving sales revenue and product gross margins in order to help improve the overall profitability of the company, down to Net Income Before Tax (NIBT) level. Product Management Manage the monthly promotion, advertising, branding and CSR activities according to the yearly marketing plan. Responsible for managing the A&P budget effectively according to the company\'s guidelines, and ensuring the returns for these investments and spending must be generating value and profitability by analysing data and setting a strategy for how the company is going to grow. Manage product portfolio and implements healthy and profitable product portfolio management. Review the performances of all marketing and promotion campaigns, on a quarterly and annual basis, and assess against the Return On Investment (ROI) goals, achievements, gain insights and learnings and improvements needed and develop strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results. Involve in negotiations, prepare the sales and advertising contracts, and review advertising material such as print material, tv commercials, and online advertisements. Identify new projects to create business growth and costs savings opportunities, validate with finance, realize and track value generated and cost savings aligned with the fast-moving pace of technology, as well as optimising and modernising traditional marketing methods. Develop a brand strategy for a Group of companies and set style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition. Participating in product development, pricing strategy and supporting new product launches. Build strong partnerships with Suppliers to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and incentive activities to drive revenue and or profitability growth. Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies. Marketing Act as a \'brand guardian\' and be responsible for maintaining the brand\'s integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications. Analyse customer\'s feedback from social media platforms for improvement and to respond to build customer\'s confidence and loyalty. Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media. Create an attractive and engaging company website and blog that attracts and converts target groups, and promotes the company\'s information, branding and drives business opportunities. Consistently evaluate the company\'s brand image, analyse consumer behaviours and adjust Determine the commercialisation from concept to marketability of a new product or service, pricing and product placement, and test out the level of public interest for a new product or service and ensuring aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences Oversee and approve marketing material and case studies and ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and manage expectations with various stakeholders Delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content that is suited to clients\' and prospects\' needs as well as interests. Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles- internal, external, PR, digital & social media platforms, web, etc. Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Consistently evaluate the company\'s brand image, and analyse consumer behaviours and adjust email, website, and advertising campaigns accordingly.
