Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).

Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to maximize ROI.

2. Brand Development & Management

• Strengthen brand presence through consistent messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and digital platforms.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

4. Budget & Resource Management

• Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Optimize spending to ensure cost efficiency while delivering impactful campaigns.

5. Market Analysis & Reporting

• Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management.
