Job Description

Marketing Manager * In charge for the CRM\xe2\x80\x99s operation and the execution of operational campaigns; new user acquisition & uplifting retention by using the efficient mechanics * Coordinate event execution for online & offline, including but not limited in social media campaigns, sponsorship events, KOL campaigns etc * Develop SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising strategies to drive business growth * Create, optimise, and activate audience segments across digital channels. * Manage social media pages, including the scheduling and tracking of organic and paid posts * Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and identify trends to optimise spend and performance * Review and develop content on all online platforms including the company websites and social media pages * General maintenance and editing of websites including content publishing and landing page development * Raise brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns * Communicate the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and campaigns through analysis, reporting and presentations * Perform other duties as and when required by the company.
