MARKETING MANAGER - young people with experience in marketing

Responsibilities: * Managing company own platform channels and official store on e-commerce marketplace channels

• To seek opportunities to grow sales revenue and optimize sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
• Develop detailed e-commerce strategies and yearly or monthly marketing campaign to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives, action and plans
• Managing marketing and campaign, product content, pricing, and discount changes.
• Oversee day-to-day management of e-commerce channel, end-to-end from product uploads to order processing.
• On-going liaison with others department for inventory management, pricing and promotions or campaign.
• Monitor, track and analyze sales performance with key e-commerce channel and conduct regular performance reviews for next course of actions and track execution of any improvement opportunities.
• Support E-Commerce teams (Campaign & Business Development) by provide strategies and marketing campaign idea for the existing and upcoming potential Brands.
• Oversee e-commerce service, using a proactive service approach, satisfaction and retention customers.
• Co-coordinating closely with internal as well as external (brands, e-commerce channels) parties.
• Required to prepare pre and post campaign report, monthly sales report and others.

Requirements: * Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or it\'s equivalent

• Min 5 years\' experience or more in e-commerce channel and key account development in the local markets
• Understanding of local e-commerce marketplace channel market trends and e-commerce channel operating models (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
• Must know how to sell online advertisement package or solution to client or brands
• Familiarity with latest e-commerce technologies
• Preferably a \'digital native\' and knowledge of Google Analytic.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral.
