Job Responsibilities: To be aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principle To work towards achieving the company\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs and departmental KPIs Strategize total 360-degree marketing strategies, advertising and promotion plans encompassing online and offline channels to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s objective and business growth. To develop digital marketing and social media activities including content creation for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads and etc. To be responsible in updating and maintaining company\'s website, social media app, mobile app to promote the company\'s product line, event and activities. To ensure promotional and communication materials meet both internal and external requirements. To monitor and respond towards market trend and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities to ensure marketing plans implemented effectively. Leading creative team for visual and creative works creation. To liaise with the designers and copywriters for the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials. Working with agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines) and below-the-line (newsletters, posters, buntings). To collaborate with external partners to ensure successful of marketing activities and campaign. To support sales team members in terms of brand education, marketing direction, training and product education. To work closely with the sales management team, from development to the effective implementation of marketing plans and measure outcomes. Propose and monitor the marketing budgets and measure marketing effectiveness Qualifications and requirements Have at least 3 years of managerial position leading a team with proven ability Preferably degree holders in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields Preferably from manufacturing or furniture industry Qualities such as self-discipline, self-motivation, and self-starter Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: RM 6,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 10,000.00 Fixed Travelling Allowance Fixed Mobile Allowance Clinic Allowance Dental/Optical Allowance Medical Card Term Life Insurance Working Day: 5 days a week Working Hours: Flexi hour Free Parking Free Lunch Qualified and interested candidates are request to contact 016-2273651 for an immediate interview appointment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Benefits:

• Being Marketing Mgr in furniture/Public Seating industries: 3 years (Preferred)
• Leading a Marketing & Promotion Team: 3 years (Preferred)
• Hands on with Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Propose and monitor the marketing budgets: 3 years (Preferred)
• Working in the Manufacturing Environment: 2 years (Preferred)
