Job Responsibilities:To be aligned with the companys Vision, Mission and Guiding PrincipleTo work towards achieving the companys KPIs and departmental KPIsStrategize total 360-degree marketing strategies, advertising and promotion plans encompassing online and offline channels to meet companys objective and business growth.To develop digital marketing and social media activities including content creation for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads and etc.To be responsible in updating and maintaining company's website, social media app, mobile app to promote the company's product line, event and activities.To ensure promotional and communication materials meet both internal and external requirements.To monitor and respond towards market trend and competitors activities to ensure marketing plans implemented effectively.Leading creative team for visual and creative works creation.To liaise with the designers and copywriters for the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.Working with agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines) and below-the-line (newsletters, posters, buntings).To collaborate with external partners to ensure successful of marketing activities and campaign.To support sales team members in terms of brand education, marketing direction, training and product education.To work closely with the sales management team, from development to the effective implementation of marketing plans and measure outcomes.Propose and monitor the marketing budgets and measure marketing effectivenessQualifications and requirementsHave at least 3 years of managerial position leading a team with proven abilityPreferably degree holders in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fieldsPreferably from manufacturing or furniture industryQualities such as self-discipline, self-motivation, and self-starterCompensation & BenefitsBasic Salary: RM 6,000.00 - RM 10,000.00Fixed Travelling AllowanceFixed Mobile AllowanceClinic AllowanceDental/Optical AllowanceMedical CardTerm Life InsuranceWorking Day: 5 days a weekWorking Hours: Flexi hourFree ParkingFree LunchQualified and interested candidates are request to contact 016-2273651 for an immediate interview appointmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Experience:

• Being Marketing Mgr in furniture/Public Seating industries: 3 years (Preferred)
• Leading a Marketing & Promotion Team: 3 years (Preferred)
• Hands on with Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Propose and monitor the marketing budgets: 3 years (Preferred)
• Working in the Manufacturing Environment: 2 years (Preferred)
