JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the marketing team.
  • Organize, strategize and plan for the team\'s direction
  • To undertake market research and understand the trends and client preferences.
  • To oversee the creation of marketing materials and content.
  • To perform all other relevant tasks for increasing the business\'s sales.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to the management.
  • Administrate (including writing, editing and proofreading) the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all platforms and ads).
  • Collaborate with Designer & Sales Team to plan and develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets across all platforms, including email and social media.
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing).
  • Create and manage the organization\xe2\x80\x99s social media profile.
  • Any other tasks that related to marketing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Communications/ Media or related (essential).
  • 3 years working experience related with media coordinator & content management.
  • Expert at targeted communications and advertising campaigns across various media platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and social media best practices.
  • Ability to develop appropriate broadcast, boosting ads and social media content.
  • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills as well as creativity and the ability to develop original content.
  • Knowledge and experienced in financial industry will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills.
  • Required Skill(s): Marketing, Media Planning, Social Media Ads, Digital Marketing.
