Company Description RMIB is the Investment bank which provides more than 11 thousands instruments regulated under LFSA Malaysia, So the applicant should be understand about trading in various instruments. Role Description This is a full-time Marketing Manager role located on-site at RM Investment Bank Ltd. in Shah Alam. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and evaluating marketing performance. They will also be responsible for managing the marketing team. Qualifications Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies Excellent leadership and team management skills Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with market research and data analysis Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
