Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 Get contact number from Setup Team (PIC for Marketing) \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with malls for Indoor & Outdoor Advertising \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and follow up advertising contract (New Agreement & Renewal) \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in checking and verifying letters, contracts and documents details authenticity \xe2\x80\xa2 Update File Advertising, Mall PIC Contact, Outdoor & Indoor Average Price \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on the current visual of the ads (have to change if faded or not attractive) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring accuracy and punctuality through project-to-project follow ups \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute various marketing SOPs and formats set by superiors \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in ensuring all marketing related tasks and progress are on track \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing mall communication and executing campaign activation Academic Preferences: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Degree in marketing/PR/mass communication/equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced / Fresh Grad are encouraged to apply Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident, enthusiastic and keen to grow \xe2\x80\xa2 Well spoken and written in English and Bahasa. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent team player and outgoing person \xe2\x80\xa2 Google and Microsoft Office savvy
