\xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend and pricing. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct regular market research into the latest property trends including making study tours to latest development and to furnish a monthly report together with pictures of the development visited to the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist superior in design development of projects including design briefs, recommending innovative or latest trend and review all design in the draft building plans. \xe2\x80\xa2Assist superior for the conceptualization and the review of all marketing and branding collaterals to ensure consistent delivery of brand message and the effective communication of the design intent of each project to the target markets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with Ministry of Housing matter, eg : application of developer license, advertising permit , renewal of advertising permit & developer license, Borang 7F submission, update project status. \xe2\x80\xa2Update latest info to branch office if there is any new regulations or policy implemented by Ministry of Housing. \xe2\x80\xa2Arrange for monthly roadshow venue for Marketing Department or our sole agent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling REHDA matter: membership renewal, liaise with REHDA on the on-going training or workshop, and promote to Company for participation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to buyers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation for project launching. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling administration tasks and other ad hoc task in Sales & Marcom Department.
