MARKETING OFFICER We are looking to hire a self-driven Marketing Officer to help us grow our college student numbers and get the word out about our programmes to the right people in the right way. It is up to YOU to generate leads ( potential students ) and convert them into enrolment. We are counting on you to help us grow our application numbers and to reach out to more people. Your marketing and sales efforts will bring us closer to our vision " To nurture student to become a complete futuristic technologist who not only performs a job remarkably well but also works with credible confidence and a caring heart JOB DESCRIPTION \xc2\xb7 Achieve student recruitment targets set by the Head \xc2\xb7 Plan, participate and execute marketing strategies to generate leads \xc2\xb7 Provide course counselling to prospective students / parents and convert them into enrollment \xc2\xb7 To promote programmes in various student enrollment activities such as events in school, education fairs, exhibitions, roadshow etc \xc2\xb7 Answer calls or course enquiries by students / parents and provide detailed information such as course outline, fees structure and career pathway \xc2\xb7 Enter and update lead information in the database accurately \xc2\xb7 Prepare marketing reports and present KPI achievements \xc2\xb7 Maintaining good customer relationships REQUIREMENT We are looking for someone with the following ( if you have most but not all of these, we still encouraged you to apply ) \xc2\xb7 Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Min 1 year sales and marketing experience \xc2\xb7 Working experience in the education industry is an added advantage \xc2\xb7 Self-started and able to work independently \xc2\xb7 Goal-oriented, driven and motivated to reach sales target \xc2\xb7 Integrity and honestly during marketing initiatives \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
