Job Responsibility Develop and execution of Sales marketing plans and sampling strategy, including advertising and promotional activities. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media) and promotional events [Offline] Daily up-dated social media content , story and do live [ TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, shopee etc.) Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication. Prepared data and KPI report related with Sales & Marketing. Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy. Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services. Responsible in Online/Offline Marketing Strategy including planning, organizing promotional activities to achieve target KPI and executing customer order fulfillment. Job Requirements Minimum Experience : 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing/digital marketing/retail/sales development role is preferred or retailing business environment Others Possess Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in marketing, communications or related field. Web proficiency, extensive knowledge of social media platforms. Experience in brand marketing, copywriting, content creation, public relations and event management. A minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing/digital marketing/retail/sales development role is preferred. Skilled in problem solving; verbal and written communication; and customer service. A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
