Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

With ambitious plans to expand, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand to new heights.Role Overview:The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the company\'s overall marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share. Possess deep expertise in consumer-driven marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in the retail industryKey Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and experiential) to ensure alignment with business goals and brand positioning.
• Adding value to the brand, shareholders & stakeholders
• Brand Management:

• Lead brand development initiatives to reinforce a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels.
• Ensure the brand message is strong, consistent, and engaging across all marketing efforts, including in-store, online, and media campaigns.
• Digital Marketing & E-commerce:

• Leverage digital platforms, including social media, mobile apps, and online ordering systems, to maximize consumer engagement.
• Drive customer acquisition through digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce strategies.
• Consumer Insights & Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key customer segments and trends.
• Use data and insights to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Customer Loyalty & Engagement:

• Develop and implement loyalty programs and promotions to boost customer retention and increase repeat business.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Analyze and use social media feedbacks & google review for marketing strategies & solutions
• Budget & Team Leadership:

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships:

• Build strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and external agencies to drive brand visibility.
• Oversee sponsorship opportunities and collaborations to enhance brand image.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the retail sectors.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and data-driven marketing.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Highly creative with an eye for detail, coupled with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
