Job Summary: Employee\xe2\x80\x99s primary duty is to assist and responsible for the effective implementation of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s online marketing and sales activities and realize the profitability goals defined. You need to work with other company officers to support marketing program for customers including tele-marketing and its related support. You must have a superior communication skill and a great work ethic. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic. Job Scope: \xc2\xb7 Assist the Company/Marketing Manager to develop and plan marketing and sales activities for effective implementation of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s long- term objectives; \xc2\xb7 Support the Company/Marketing Manager in delivering agreed sales activities; \xc2\xb7 Attend customer enquiries/complaints / feedback / other fulfilment via phone, email or social media; \xc2\xb7 Keep records of customer interaction, process customer account and related file document; \xc2\xb7 Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner; \xc2\xb7 Prepare sales budgets, forecasts and sales reports when necessary; \xc2\xb7 Maintain and build sustainable customer relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; \xc2\xb7 Contribute to team effort by collecting and analysing customer information and need, generate sales lead, and support sales campaign; \xc2\xb7 Perform and assist in others related task as and when necessary or as may be assigned to you by your Superior. Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business/Multimedia/Public Relation or other equivalent disciplines \xc2\xb7 Minimum one year working experience in marketing, advertising or e-commerce, ideally in Relationship/ Category Management/ Merchants Management or related fields is preferred \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia with proven ability to represent company in external meetings \xc2\xb7 Ability to be multiple tasks, prioritise them and meet tight deadlines \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently, action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of current social media platform, online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels is essential \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: From RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
