Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Public Relations

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, skincare editors, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and product pitches. Monitor press coverage and manage the company's media presence. Handle crisis communication and reputation management in coordination with senior management. Organize PR events, product send-outs, and media briefings.

Event Coordination:

Organize and coordinate events such as product launches, campaign shoutout and so on. Collaborate with external partners and sponsors to enhance brand associations. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, guest lists, and on-site event execution. Attend to customers' enquiries and provide selling support during sales event, roadshow, exhibition or whenever needed.

Marketing

Plan and execute brand and product marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and social media platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (product development, sales, e-commerce) to align marketing strategies with business goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, customer engagement, conversions). Manage influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing programs, and content collaborations. Lead product launch strategies and promotional initiatives (events, giveaways, bundle campaigns).

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media trends. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance reports. Creative mindset with excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics is a plus. Passion for skincare, beauty, and consumer marketing.
