Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the automotive industry, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Work on building and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
Product Launches: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new vehicle launches. Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure successful introductions to the market.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Analyze competitor strategies and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
Event Management: Organize and manage automotive events such as car shows, test drives, and promotional events. Ensure these events align with brand goals and attract target audiences.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across different campaigns and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Advertising: Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various media, including print, TV, radio, and online platforms. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling advertisements.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits, that support their efforts in the field.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data to refine strategies and report on ROI to senior management.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with automotive journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Coordinate press releases, media kits, and press conferences to ensure positive coverage.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect the brands reputation in the event of negative publicity or product recalls.
Corporate Communications: Oversee internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging. This includes managing newsletters, internal bulletins, and official statements.
Public Relations Strategy: Develop PR campaigns that enhance the brands public image, including sponsorships, partnerships, and community involvement initiatives.
Event PR: Handle PR aspects of events such as press days, launch events, and sponsorship activities. Ensure that the brand is well-represented and receives positive media coverage.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment. Evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
