We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Marketing & PR Manager to join the company. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing integrated marketing and public relations strategies, leading impactful campaigns, and strengthening brand equity for both the company and the clients.
The successful candidate
will play a key role in driving visibility, brand positioning, and market impact across the FMCG and consumer sectors
. This role covers Malaysia and key regional client markets, with hands-on involvement in campaign execution, media engagement, and cross-border collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with senior management to shape and execute marketing and PR strategies across digital and offline channels.
Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations with measurable impact.
Manage media relations and ensure consistent, positive coverage for the company and its clients.
Lead content creation for press releases, media kits, and social media engagement.
Cultivate strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Guide and mentor a team of marketing and PR professionals to deliver high-quality execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor brand reputation, respond to risks, and maintain strong public sentiment.
Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI from campaigns and PR initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (or related field with
healthcare
facility experience).
Minimum 5 years' project management experience, preferably in
healthcare or medical equipment planning.
Fully on-site role with travel (domestic and international).
Strong English proficiency, analytical, proactive, and accountable.
