Job Responsibility Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social media platforms, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of Google Analytics Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting and visualization dashboards such as demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes Work closely with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion PA across all channels Job Requirements We need candidates who have experience in managing digital accounts and driving the marketing department\'s commercial performance. Experts in building revenue, traffic, and an audience using paid advertising methods. a minimum of 5 years experience in Digital Marketing or any relevant industry At least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree or above Knowledgeable in doing Marketing Spend and Media Ads Have experience in managing a project or campaign flow and well versed in buying (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Media Stamp) Being able to speak, read & write fluently in English & Mandarin is required Working hours: 10 am - 7 pm, Mon - Fri Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Job Benifits yearly progressive increment
