Job Responsibility Assist in planning and implementing marketing activities including advertising, promotional activities, etc. Seek advertising opportunities in media channels and place advertisements in social media appropriate to the product and/or service. Evaluates and reviews marketing and sales reports compiled by Marketing Clerks. Conduct survey and analysis on external market news and trends, brand awareness, competitor activities, industry reports and other relevant information to improve marketing and sales performance. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to the Marketing Manager. Analyse, develop and implement effective promotion programs in line with the Company strategy to achieve planned sales. Assist manager on building and enhancing brand awareness, brand image and positioning in the market by taking part in semiconductor exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and events. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses within approved budget Supervise and participate in sales events. Support at outlet for the during new outlet opening and open counter for registration of membership card. Assist in all projects where relevant within the marketing department. Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the Management. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field. At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in marketing preferably in Retail or any related field. Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia Work location : Kampung Baru Subang HQ, Selangor. Required Skill(s) : Strong computer skills and online applications. Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation. Possess a good problem solving attitude and able to multitask with minimum supervision.
