Attend to walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, and attractive visual displays.
Execute offline and online marketing activities based on company strategies.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and in-store.
Work closely with the team to support and increase sales.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work in a team.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in customer service are encouraged to apply.
