We are seeking a

highly motivated, energetic, and creative

individual to join our team as a

Marketing and Sales Manager

. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong leadership, and a passion for driving growth across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our product range. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients and distributors. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and promotional plans. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in sales and marketing, preferably in the

agriculture, food, or FMCG

industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven personality. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans and close deals effectively.
