Have own transport and able to go outstation.
Tanggungjawab
Manage employees of retail sales, admin & warehouse in Selangor.
Assist and monitor retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong communication.
Provide support for Exhibition and roadshow when required
Carry out after-sales-service
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock as well as monthly stock report.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Coach, counsel, recruit, train employees and handle employees' diciplinary issue.
Evaluate on-the-job performance.
Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
