Job Description
- Fluent in Mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Multi-language speaker (eg: English) is preferable
- Able to withstand pressure / stress at work
- Excellent at problem solving
- Advertising and social media managing experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Location: JB KL
- Responsible for daily platform operation tasks
- Support platform day to day operation
- Assist in sales growing and facilitating online events
- Interested in content planning and marketing
- Involve in platformR&Dand documentation
- Work closely with customers, merchants, partners
- Working across departments to ensure the smooth flow of business operations
- Other duties as assigned by the team manager
