Senior Logistics Executive
Our client, an established holdings is seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Senior Marketing & Logistics Executive. As a key player in the department, ensure the smooth operations of trading, contract management and logistics arrangement.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Edible Oils)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Location: Johor Bahru Town

- Responsible for back-end support related to B2B trading, contract management and logistics arrangement.
- Perform analysis on monthly lock/unlock contract balance.
- Plan and monitor bulk collection from the traders, delivery schedule and transport arrangements.
- Liaise with transporter and operations dept on delivery arrangement to customers.
- Manage customers\' complaints related to quality and quantity, and escalate the issue to respective departments.
- Timely update S&P contracts, daily/monthly trade, and follow up trade schedule.
- Timely update monthly reports and submission to MPOB.
- Follow up payment with customers if necessary.
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B/Logistics function or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal/Written).
