Role Description This full-time Senior Marketing Executive role is on-site at FIFFY\'s Johor Bahru location. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing. The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with other teams to develop, implement, and evaluate strategic marketing plans and campaigns. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities & strategies Coordinate with operation and sales teams to develop marketing activities and communications plan Organize and oversee the execution of events & promotional activities, product launches Ensure all marketing communications and collaterals up to date, creating new collateral where necessary Building and maintaining rapport with retailers and partners, and growing sales network. Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities constantly to identify opportunities via field visit trip with sales team To organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information for a more effective marketing strategy planning Research and compile information on the latest market trends, consumers\' behavior, market segmentation, SWOT analysis, suppliers\' information etc. Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness Perform any other related duties that management may assign from time to time Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Management or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in marketing is required for this position, preferably in the retails industry. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to think out of the box, enjoy coming up with creative ideas & solutions Organized, independent, strong in time management & problem solving and able to show strong creativity & innovation. Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot) Willing to travel and work on weekend for event purpose
