About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Social MediaIntern to support in day-to-day content creation, social media tasks, and campaign execution for Lifestyle brands. This role is hands-on and fast-moving, suitable for someone who is willing to learn, can follow instructions clearly, and can complete tasks independently once guided.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Support

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu with the team.

• Prepare content drafts, captions, and basic visual assets (if needed).

• Participate in lifestyle photoshoots and simple product shoots.

• Organize and upload assets into our content library for the team.

KOL & Community Support

• Help to identify suitable KOLs from TikTok and XiaoHongShu.

• Assist in outreach, follow-ups, and communication with creators.

• Track KOL deliverables and update databases.

Campaign & Admin Support

• Support basic research on competitors, trends, content ideas.

• Assist in preparing simple reports or screenshots for social media performance tracking.

• Help coordinate marketing tasks across Lifestyle brand.

• Assist during pop-ups, small offline activations, or content shooting days if required.

Operational Support

• Assist in simple ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by the Marketing Executive.

About You

• Open for candidate who can commit internship for at least 3 months.
• Basic understanding of IG, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu.
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience in social media posting or basic content work would be an added advantage!
• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work independently after briefing
• Able to read, speak, and write in Chinese & English as the role will involves content preparation in Chinese platform.
