• Develop and implement operational strategies and production plans for the department, optimizing various operational processes.
• Organize and lead department staff to ensure clear job responsibilities and efficient task execution.
• Monitor and analyze production/service data, promptly identify and resolve issues to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cooperation among departments to ensure smooth integration of resources, information, logistics, and other areas.
• Develop and implement cost control and quality management measures to achieve operational targets.
• Build and manage a high-performance team by developing management talent and enhancing the professional skills and managerial capabilities of employees.

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel, Professional Services and Industrial.
