Marketplace Operations Executive
Job Description
Manage and update online marketplace platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.
Assist in improving online sales performance and maintaining the company's marketplace presence.
Handle product listing preparation such as product details, photography, videography and content uploads.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process daily online orders and ensure proper, secure and accurate packaging.
Coordinate stock collection from outlets and ensure delivery timelines are met.
Work together with the driver or logistics team for parcel handover and shipment.
Update order status and tracking information on all online platforms.
Monitor seller performance metrics and maintain good brand reputation.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support online operations and branding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
