About The Job The incumbent is responsible in the operational team management activities and master data strategy execution Responsibilities Receives, validates, and ensures all information is documented and updated for the master data. Ensures proper approval and validation for master data changes and creation are authorised per core model. Manage global master data projects. Performs master data maintenance and validation to ensure approval of master data duly authorised and in compliance. Identify, troubleshoot, and correct master data issues. Guide cross-functional team responsible for key data entry for master data. Utilize analytical skills to improve master data oversight on a day-to-day basis. Ensure the team perform the data inactivation process and keeps up to date with all master data inactivation within SAP annually. Responsible on DANGO processes and consolidation for ISEA Accountabilities About you Master Data strategy, policy & processes Follow global MD strategy, policies, business rules and processes in compliance with local legal and business constraints. Performance & efficiency Monitor service quality and team performance level for the activities in scope. Lead MDM structuration efficiency projects with a continuous improvement approach, in coordination with the Global Master Data. Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in his/her domain to bring leading-edge expertise, including legal/compliance topics. Solutions & data Define and maintain local master data. Contribute to Master Data related projects. Compliance Ensure MDM activities in scope are compliant with local regulations and Group policies. On DANgo (compliance) and audits for DBS, ensure Processes & Controls reviews are done on MDM scope. Team management Lead the DBS MDM teams in the execution of the following activities data maintenance and data cleansing in SAP. Key Requirements Any relevant Bachelor Degree holder in related fields At least 5 years of SAP environment of operations Master data and Team management experience will be advantageous. English is mandatory. Mandarin and Japanese language will be advantageous. Able to work well in a team in a fast-paced MNC environment.
