RESPONSIBILITIES : \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage stock code status, BOM changes, drawing release and technical documents linking into ERP system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extract ECO and distribute ECO notification to affected recipients daily. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure ECO implementation at respective affected recipients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings and controlled technical documents upon request. \xe2\x80\xa2 Filing, updating, distributing, and logging of documents manually and electronically. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad \xe2\x80\x93 hoc assignment according to business needs.
