Job Description
:-
• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Inform customers on current offerings and promotions to upsell and cross-sell Client products
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Willing to travel - must have driver’s license (own car compulsory)
• Working experience in setting up/installation of IT
• Able to work immediately
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have an experience in sales is an advantage
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
