Position Overview:

As a matchmaker, you will serve as a trusted guide for our users in the US, providing professional dating and relationship coaching. You will assess their relationship goals and current challenges, create customized action plans, and empower them with the practical skills needed to build healthy, lasting relationships.

What You'll Do:

Provide professional dating consultation and guidance to help users navigate relationship challenges. Listen attentively to client needs, identify root causes of issues, and develop highly personalized matchmaking solutions. Empower clients to build quality relationships by enhancing their communication techniques and emotional management abilities.

Our Ideal Candidates:

Educational background in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is preferred. A natural "people person" - innately outgoing, with an affinity that makes people feel instantly at ease, and is both responsible and dependable. Excellent communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a genuine passion for the matchmaking industry. Possesses personal dating experience and thoughtful, insightful perspectives on relationships.
