Oversee new product transfers from HQ, including CBOM review, materials readiness, and coordination with account holders, engineering, and PMC teams.
Review monthly Margin Reports, identify abnormalities, and propose corrective actions.
Track production volumes, monitor customer demand patterns, and analyze purchasing trends.
Manage warehouse inventory activities, including receiving variances, location management, and disposal of non-moving stock.
Prepare cost estimates, rework costs, and performance reports.
Review and maintain accuracy of Material Master (MM) data within the ERP system.
Investigate invalid RMAs and propose rework cost solutions.
Liaise with counterparts in China and Taiwan to resolve ERP-related issues.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related fields.
Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
Hands-on experience with ERP or SAP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work in Pontian
