- Retrieve and deliver information on inventory records to PMT.
- Record any incoming and outgoing items both assets and consumables at the warehouse.
- Review and update stock count check weekly with PMT for equipment readiness update and raise any issue regarding minimum stock available
- Communicate closely with PMT on the equipment readiness, usage and backload status.
- Inform and deliver the info of any changes or any issue on equipment movement within the team for incoming, ongoing and completed job/project for any locations.
- Compile and maintain manual and computerized records, such as material inventory (Master Tracker) to PMT.
- Compile and prepare COG of requests from offshore to cater the ongoing or completed job, such as consumables etc.
- Minimum experience of at least 3 Years as Material Coordinator
- Familiar With Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive Thinking and willing to learn
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
