REQUIREMENT :

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Material, Engineering, Warehouse or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience working in warehouse & logistic fields. Must have valid CIDB Card & OGSP Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, cross functional team environment. Organized and systematic in handling and managing document. Knowledgeable in IT, gadgets & electronics. Good in sense of responsibility, honesty & commitment. Well disciplined & excellent time management. Able to work within tight timeline and multi-task. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

JOB SUMMARY

1. Monitor and control the supply of materials to site to avoid wastages

2. Monitor the production progress or milestone to ensure meet the customer deliver time line.

3. Advice internal parties in term of quality, packing and logistic requirements.

4. Make sure that order arrangement is in on time

5. Update data for all stock movements

6. Perform general logistics activities including receiving and storing of goods

7. Responsible for material and inventory management at warehouse and site

8. Manage and monitor material and inventory system

9. Ensure all stock are properly stacked & picked according to location in the store

10. Prepare proper packaging for shipment

11. Maintain proper cleanliness of store & packaging area

12. Deliver items to customer & collect stock from supplier

13. Responsible for audit material and inventory at all sites and warehouse

14. Wiling to travel (sites)

15. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work;

16. To strictly adhere to ISO 45001: 2018 requirements when carry out auditing.

URGENT Position. Candidate must able to start immediately

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
