Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming M&E materials according to delivery orders and purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of all material receipts, storage, and issuance using manual logs or digital inventory systems. Coordinate with M&E Engineers, Supervisors, and Procurement teams to ensure timely supply of required materials. Label and organize materials properly at the storage area to ensure easy identification and retrieval. Monitor stock levels and prepare material usage and stock balance reports regularly. Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, corrosion, or loss of materials. Handle material returns, discrepancies, and damaged items according to company procedures. Support site operations by ensuring materials are delivered to the correct location and on time. Comply with all safety and housekeeping regulations within the material storage area.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction material handling or inventory control (preferably in M&E projects). Knowledge of M&E materials, tools, and equipment used in construction. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, etc.). Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
