1.To monitor NSC progress and performance on site.
2.To coordinate all NSC work with main contractor.
3.To supervise and conduct inspection on all M&E work done.
4.To host M&E coordination meeting / site meeting from time to time to ensure the work done as per designed.
5.To ensure the workmanship of all M&E work carried out by sub-contractor compliance to design & specifications.
6.Troubleshoot site issues.
7.Liaison with related authorities.
8.Witness testing and commissioning work by sub-contractor.
9.To conduct QAQC inspection in accordance with company's direction.
10.Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Good knowledge in building's electrical and landscape services such for housing type, mechanical services such as fire protection system, cold water and sanitary plumbing. (Experiences atleast 3years)
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
