Company Background:

With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all material-related tasks, demonstrating strong numerical awareness and accountability. Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely material flow. Utilize logical thinking and basic data analysis skills to identify issues and support problem-solving initiatives. Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives and optimize material planning and inventory management. Learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and material specifications.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in material control or warehouse management. Familiar with warehouse management and material control processes. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Able to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth material planning and customer satisfaction. Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, promoting material standardization and efficiency. Manage inventory structure and safety stock levels, handle obsolete or excess materials, and improve inventory turnover.

Salary Range: RM 5,000 - 8,000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8AM - 5PM), Sat (8AM - 1PM)
