Material & Planning Assistant (manufacturing)
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY: a) Issue PO to supplier. b) Assist on data entry in ERP system. c) Follow up and expediting with supplier on delivery schedule. d) Purchase and sourcing activity. e) Issue PO, expediting and follow up with above vendors. f) Check the pricing to ensure buying at right price, cost down project. g) To support other related purchasing activity. h) Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information. i) To assist and execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: \xc2\xb7 SPM/ Diploma \xc2\xb7 PC literate & familiar with MS Office suite of software. \xc2\xb7 Attention to details and good follow-up skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize data. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
