Main Responsibility: To determine the most cost-effective ways in Longi to make a product through the use of basic factors of production-people, machines, materials, information and energy To plan all incoming orders, acknowledging production deliveries to sales and ensuring customers delivery requirements are achieved To check and maintain physical stocks against computer figures, investigating discrepancies To process and progress schedules as requested by sales Design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product deliver on time Design material planning and control systems to ensure sufficient raw material is available to support production Requirements: Degree Mechanical/ Industrial Engineer or equivalent Basic industrial Engineering knowledge will be an advantage Knowledge of industry codes and standards will be added advantages (especially IEC standard) Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
