Main Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 To determine the most cost-effective ways in Longi to make a product through the use of basic factors of production-people, machines, materials, information and energy \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan all incoming orders, acknowledging production deliveries to sales and ensuring customers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery requirements are achieved \xe2\x80\xa2 To check and maintain physical stocks against computer figures, investigating discrepancies \xe2\x80\xa2 To process and progress schedules as requested by sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product deliver on time \xe2\x80\xa2 Design material planning and control systems to ensure sufficient raw material is available to support production Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree Mechanical/ Industrial Engineer or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic industrial Engineering knowledge will be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of industry codes and standards will be added advantages (especially IEC standard) \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
