Job Description

To lead and manage the Materials Department to achieve Company's objective and goals Responsible to produce premium freight report and to analyze the reasons and action taken whenever cost effectiveness is not achieved Responsible to review Discrepancy Materials Report (DMR) raised by IQA to decide the disposition of non-conforming materials To conduct physical inventory count towards financial year end closing To ensure production is running at full capacity based on materials availability Attend daily operational meeting and address any material related issues so as to ensure continuity of material supply to production To analyze and review weekly inventory report To review Master Production Schedule (MPS) with Production Controllers and to make adjustment where necessary to fully utilize the available production capacity To review vendor delivery performance To review and approve purchase order before sending to suppliers
The Materials Manager has the authority to release materials upon attrition replacement request and approve Company's documentation related to Materials department

Requirements:

Degree holder or at least 3 years working experience in related field Good command of spoken and written English Computer literate Management and Excellent Communication Skill Effective Logistics Management Training Inventory Reduction Management On-Job Training and other training related to Job Title
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month

Experience:

electronics manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred) PCBA: 5 years (Preferred) Material Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
