To lead and manage the Purchasing Department to achieve the objective of source goods of the right quality, at the right price, and in time to support operation requirements and business goals Ensure all Purchasing procedures are implemented. Optimizing the procurement strategy to align with the business's goals. Leading collaboration with internal teams so that able to establish requirements, scope, and criteria for procurement projects. Managing vendor selection Leveraging terms and conditions, strategic sourcing. Leading initial market research and vendor profiles to assist in vendor selection Building supplier relationships. Frequently business review with suppliers Analyzing procurement data. Collecting and interpreting procurement data including cost analysis reporting, benchmarking expenditures Optimizing procurement processes, regular reviews of established procurement processes to ensure continual improvement Seeking business optimization and cost savings or new capability and developing data-driven business cases to support their initiatives. Executing approval process set by the company policy, Oversee purchasing activities, coaching and ensure pending issues are settled timely. Provide training and coaching to develop talents and sustain talents. Support Audit activities Responsible for overseeing the purchasing process related to cybersecurity project and products. This role involved managing a team of Buyer developing and implementing strategies, ensuring that cybersecurity measures are effective and collaborative with development teams to address vulnerabilities and enhance system defenses. Follow information security policies, procedures and guidelines such as established by the organization.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
