Position: Materials Planner
:
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing
- Forecast Management - Review customer forecast for advance pipeline to ensure safety buffer stock and pipeline level.
- Order Management - Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Monitor and manage of rescheduling & validate demand.
- Inventory Management - Monitor and manage over inventory parts and shortage parts.
- Diploma or Degree in any fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service (order management), production planning or material planning role.
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deal with cross-functional teams internally and externally (customers and suppliers).
- Proficient with Microsoft office software\xe2\x80\x99s, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, added advantage to have knowledge/experience in Macro).
- Independent and proactive, ability to complete work under moderate supervision.
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
- To act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
